A very constuctive idea; maybe it wouldn't be all that hard to get a munitions export license. The rumor has it that Netscape and MSIE used their financial clout to get it. But it could be that filling out the necessary forms and paying a $20 application fee is all that's needed. Dept. of Treasury? Anyone know for sure? Certainly worth a phone call anyway. __Henry
