It'd be nice - but if configure could decide if it's needed that would be
better. Does anyone have a good description of how to determine if that's
needed without building Lynx?  I'm left with the impression that there's a
case where one might be able to build a non-working Lynx & only by trial
and error determine that -lresolv will cure it.
