Objection sustained.

Here is the key bullet as currently drafted:

     * If you are encountering difficulty with Lynx you may write to
       address@hidden  Be as detailed as you can about where (the
       URL) you were on the Web when you had trouble, what you did, and
       what software you have.  If you are using an older version, you
       may need to upgrade.

I made some small edits at the top to make room for this.

Whaddya think?
