Consider the following:

     * If you are encountering difficulty with Lynx you may write to
       address@hidden  Be as detailed as you can about the URL
       where you were on the Web when you had trouble, what you did, and
       what software you have.  If you are using an older version, you
       may need to upgrade.

Yes, but nut-behind-the-wheel errors can still be corrected with
a quick quote from the H)elp.  Many users are dependent on their
ISPs to upgrade and I see not point in being in their face unless
the version skew is a an actual factor.

In other words, I decline to agree.
