Lynx should work on your system.  For CWSDPMI and the other files
necessary to get it to work, download the latest version from:
"http://www.rahul.net/dkaufman/lynx2.8rel.3-DOS.zip"; or
"ftp://ftp.rahul.net/pub/dkaufman/lynx2.8rel.3-DOS.zip";

This has a README.DOS file which should explain how to set it up and
some batch files to make it easier, in addition to the binary.

Although minuet is used frequently with bobcat, I don't know if there is
much experience with lynx_386. If it doesn't work, try the setup
described in the above zip file.
