There's a 'depend' target in the makefile, which does that - I prefer to
not distribute the resulting makefiles, since (without filtering - yes I've
done that before ;-) there would be a lot of references to system headers.
So the makefiles as they exist now, have dependencies needed for building,
but not for rebuilding.
