Re: LYNX-DEV Partial Display

I think that the reason most people have never worried about partial display
of the page is that lynx is so fast that people rarely load a page that takes
too long. Especailly people who have to deal with GUI browsers much and are
therefore mentally prepared to wait _much longer_ than lynx needs to download
and display a page.

PS I think it would be a fine addition, just not one that a lot of users will
worry much about getting or not.
