LYNX-DEV Lynx_w32 and Lynx_386 under WIN95

I try both 2.8rel.3 in DOS window on W95.
Problems:

1) if local file/directory have non-ascii characters in its name,
386 ver display those characters correctly (even for long file names)
while w32 ver do this wrongly.

2) while walking localhost *both* versions tend to freeze for a minute
if trying to go c:/
(no problem with 386 ver on plain DOS contrary to DOS window).
