As long as Scott is graciously offering space on his server, I would
encourage putting translations on an http site and not bundle them up
with the distribution.  Bundling them up could soon add several 100 KB.

Perhaps this is a good time to make a call for where the various
translations of LYMessages_en.h are.  I personally do my best to keep
a Japanese one up to date (originally translated by Takuya Asada around
Lynx2.6).  It's available at:

        "http://www.irm.nara.kindai.ac.jp/lynxdev/LYMessages_ja.h.gz";.

Seems to me in the past Chinese, Korean, German and French translations
have been mentioned on Lynx-dev.
