That's everyone's problem.  (I leave again in about 3 days.)

Can I suggest that we perhaps not use "babelfish", but use native translators.
My point is that the translation can be done piecemeal.  If the available files
are kept in one central location, people could contribute patches, and before
you know it, we could have a whole library.  I totally agree with Henrik that
we would get infinitely better results if real people and users of Lynx do the
translating.  Let each person who is interested do what translation they can,
even if it is just one line, and put the file in the repository.  Future
translators can add and revise.  For example, the _ja.h I maintain still
doesn't have the cookie stuff translated.  Some Japanese person on the list
might already have that translated, or be willing to do that knowing that
the bulk of the work has already been done.
