There is no such thing.  The highest code in US-ASCII is 127, and the only
printable codes are between 32 and 126, counting space as printable.  Outside
of the proprietory codes used by PC (generic sense) manufacturers, and 
radically different codes, like EBCDIC, 129 falls into the C2 control
set, although I don't have quick access to a listing of the default C2
set at the moment to tell you what it means.

C2 characters really ought to be filtered out by web browsers, mail readers,
news readers, etc., because they can be a security risk on devices that 
implement them properly.
