Key mapping is a subject that I do not know much about... but here
goes....
I am using a *wierd* terminal that has some unusual key codes. I have
documentation
on the actual codes returned by the terminal and would like to "remap"
Lynx so that my "wierd" codes are recognized by Lynx. Of course I'm
guessing here as to whether I can do this and my lack of knowledge in
this area is adding to my problem.
For instance... I have an [INDEX] key that returns this code: SEP 0x46
Is it possible to "remap" this key so that pressing it would be like the
current functionality of the 'i' key??? If so, what would that look
like.... ie, KEYMAP:???????:INDEX_SEARCH
I thought about the possibility of writing my own termcap file for this
particular terminal, however, because I am using the win32 version of
Lynx, it is my understanding that I am greatly limited in this area
because Lynx is a "console application". Is this true?
Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
