You done good.  Keeping the ol' stiff upper lip is actually
conducive to getting results.

For future brushes, try having a little clip-text fragment handy
which includes citations for www.anybrowser.org, www.hwg.org
and/or www.htmlhelp.org.

And, for the greed motivation point out that Yahoo went from the
proverbial garage to be worth billions by sweating details just
like those explained by these resources.
