I think that the transidition from user to developer will be encouraged if
users get a feel of the discussions that are going on the development
side. I also am inclined to believe that many folk who start off as
newbies will learn faster (not to mention have a greater impetus to look
through the code) scanning that traffic and then one day the penny will
drop ... 'hey, I can do THAT'
