I can think of a quick and dirty way to obtain bindkey sequences, but it
requires grep:

# Grab all keystrokes binds 'end-of-line' bindings
set test = `bindkey | grep 'end-of-line'`

# Grab keystroke sequences
set i = 1
set j = 1
while ($j <= $#test)
        set keystroke[i] = $test[j]
        i += 1
        j += 3
end

# Passing sequences to Lynx
foreach $k ($keystroke)
        ....
end
