lynx-dev W32 sendmail.exe update

Nigel has put out a sendmail/NT update in:

        http://www.green-bean.com/bcware

It has a -RSMTP switch for getting headers from a "raw" file
which contains both MIME headers and a body, doesn't care if the
MIME header lines and separator end in just LF as for Unix sendmail,
instead of requiring CRLF according to MIME specs. It also has a
-T switch, but for outputting trace messages concerning its
interactions with the "smart SMTP" server (e.g., of an ISP) which
actually sends the mail to intended recipients.

The CC doesn't work for my GTE POP3 account with the file
created by the W32 Lynx binary, but we don't see anything wrong
with that file, so perhaps the problem lies at smtp.gte.net. It
still crashes when I try using smtp.site1.csi.com for that POP3
account, but the crash occurs before the trace messages start with
-T, so until I get a compiler for this box and Nigel sends me a
debug version of sendmail.exe, he has no way to even guess what
might be the cause.

Anyway, April ends tomorrow, so I'll be unsubscribing and
spending most of my "spare time" enjoying spring in NYC. Have
fun everyone.
