Nope, sorry. The latest patch supports "-toggle" (toggle),
"-toggle=[01]" (explicit) and "-toggle[+-]" (explicit). Adding
"-toggle={on,off}" wouldn't be difficult; Tom, want to do that when you
integrate? I'm uncomfortable supplying 3rd-generation patches to
non-integrated code.
