Edit the KEYMAP section of lynx.cfg to change the defaults from ^A and
^E.
Disclaimer: I've never done it, but it should be pretty
straight-forward, right?
Just now tried it, and it worked as expected, except that ^A and ^E
still work, too. I guess they retain their function until *they're*
re-mapped to different functions?
