The "about_lynx" directory was done away with, and the files therein
were moved to more appropriate locations. The file "about_lynx-dev.
html" was renamed because it would resolve to the same name as another
file when changing to 8.3 file names for DOS. The same file is now
"lynx_help/lynx-dev.html", in the current distribution.
