One of the stated requirements for building Lynx 2.8 for OS/2 is to
use PDKSH 5.2.13 or newer. Since I couldn't find such a binary
anywhere, I tried to build it myself. One problem I found was a #include
<sys\emx.h> in os2.c, but no such file exists in my include path.
Can anyone suggest what I'm missing?
