lynx-dev Novell firewall, FTP - no go

Hi,

My provider has set up a Novell Netware proxy server. Both ftp and http
trafic has to go through this server. Netscape seems to work for both,
lynx does http OK but refuses to ftp. This happens for both lynx 2.7.1
and lynx 2.8. My system is Linux with kernel 2.0.34pre12b.

Settings in lynx.cfg:
  http_proxy:http://10.1.1.1:8080/
  ftp_proxy:http://10.1.1.1:8080/

Looking at the trace, it seems that something goes wrong at the HTMIME
lines. It almost looks as if some text got lost - perhaps due to some
unexpected EOL-markers or something?

Any help is much appreciated. I am currently not on this list - I will
check the archives, but a cc: to address@hidden would be nice.

Just mail me if you need more information.

Many thanks,
  Frodo
