OS/2 is one of the platforms targeted by the current development
version.  

If you can compile, I recommend you get the latest development
version because there have been some OS/2-related bugs fixed
since 2.8 was released.

If you require a binary distribution, I recommend you watch the
lynx-dev list a few weeks because there may be a fresh binary out
in that timeframe.
