        Thank you very much for your reply.

        Following your mail, I removed the declaring of bzero and _TIME_T and
 modified the two head files:

         WWW/Library/Implementation/HTMLGen.h
and 
        WWW/Library/Implementation/HTFile.h

But I couldn't go future as the suggested, could you explain more detail:
  I did:
      $ define/user sys$output DKA200:[PUBLIC.LYNX2-8.SRC.CHRTRANS]mnem2_suni.h
      $ makeuctb mnem2_suni.tbl
The error message:
%DCL-W-IVVERB, unrecognized command verb - check validity and spelling
 \MAKEUCTB\

I am not sure what you mean:
