just in case you don't realise, Lynx is thoroughly upto date:
you can get the latest 2-8 from  www.slcc.edu/lynx/release/ ;
generally, lynx-dev subscribers have very little interest in old versions.

if your interest is historical, someone mentioned recently
that he has earlier versions: you could look in the Archive
at  www.flora.org/lynx-dev , or he may reply to your message.
if you want more general Internet history, try  www.elsop.com/wrc/ .
