i don't know whether the precise version you mention is available,
but for binaries generally goto  www.crl.com/~subir/lynx/binaries.html .
if you don't find what you need there, it's not too difficult
to compile Lynx yourself: get it from  www.slcc.edu/lynx/release/
& ask again here if you run into difficulties.
