The windows32 and linux-Versions have a correct behavior!
You are right, it seems to be a problem with the wattcp module.
Never the less, a simular problem occurs with the TCP/IP software for
DOS V2.04 by FTP-Software. (telnet, ping)
I.ll contact Nexland and ask them. One the other hand I'm going on
debugging the stuff.
Is someone on the list very familiar with the waterloo stack and
can advice me?
