Try popping the bookmark file into a text editor. If the file has all
your stuff, chances are your bookmark setting only got mangled in the
Options, and no deletes were done.
One other thing you may also wish to do is make a backup copy of the
lynx_bookmarks.html file every once in a while, so just in case you do
something really nasty to it, (accidental link deletes, etc) you'll be
able to replace the file and get back in biz.
