I'm surprised it is only in the last few days.  The Stealth Mailer product,
which is almost obsolete now, used to generate undeclared and severely broken
HTML as a matter of course.  Unfortunately you've suppressed the key headers
which would make it more easy to identify the actual spamming engine.
