lynx-dev Year 2000 Compliant

        I am researching the year 2000 compliancy on the
        software loaded on our servers at Eastern Illinois
        University.  We currently have the lynx version 2.3.
        I just need to know if this version is year 2000
        compliant or not.  If not, what version is year
        2000 compliant that we would need to obtain.
