lynx-dev GPM mouse click locations

Hi,
    With GPM mouse support in ncurses, can you only click on links and save
bookmarks using the mouse?
Is there a function for the middle mouse button? (my mouse is only
two-button...)
Also, could it be implemented that clicking in the upper left and lower left
corners will scroll the page... or even better, have a navigation bar at the
upper left corner to go back, forward, up a page, down a page, etc and let the
user click on it with their mouse?
It could be another lynx.cfg option (USE_MOUSE_BUTTONBAR:TRUE) or something
The foreground and background colors could be yet another lynx.lss color
entry...
