It has become an awfully long file (and it seems my job is
simply not going to ever allow me to work on Lynx again to
alleviate that), so to prevent people from having to read the
whole thing, I'd recommend that in the future people point to
the section they are referencing, e.g., in this case:
"(see INSTALLATION, Section VII)".  This is what I started to
do in the brief shot I had at working on docs (cf. README and
docs/README.defines).  In general, I would encourage inter-
referencing as a way to prevent repetition, while at the same
time forcing newcomers to see what is available.
