Anyone still thinking about looking at JavaScript for Lynx?
If so, have I got a deal for you. I was playing around with building
a variety of Perl modules, when I went to build the FreeWRL extension.
It didn't build, so I went to <URL:http://www.fas.harvard.edu/~lukka/freewrl
and fetched FreeWRL-0.16.tar.gz , the latest. While trying to figure
out what to do to get things to build, I discover that the source code
for Netscape's Javascript is present there - and buildable into a library.
Makefiles for IRIX, Linux, SunOS 4.1.4 thru SunOS 5.5.1, and Windows NT.
Along with it is a minimal amount of doc about the functions.
So there is a starting point for someone to try to figure out how
to integrate it.
