lynx-dev SSL on win32

Hello,

  Is there a patch file to the Win32 source distribution of lynx to
add SSL hooks?  I found something at http://www.moxienet.com/lynx/,
but didn't have much luck getting it to work with my Win32 lynx.  I
was wondering whether it's because I was using the Unix patch file,
and whether there should be a Windows version available.

  Does anybody have much experience getting https to work on windows?
I am trying to find some documentation on how to put all the pieces
together.  I'd appreciate any tips on this.
