lynx-dev how can one identify what options are compiled into a binary?

Is there a way to determine what options were --enable'd into a lynx binary?
It would really be a useful feature to have some kind of comand line flag
that dumped the ./configure'd and for that matter userdef.h'd into the
application so that one can compare two binaries to see what might be
differing.
