to follow up on what Philip Webb said:

I hope a night's sleep has removed that idea from your head.
Documentation that just says <rtfm:man%20sz> does not help those
that need help.

To remove the limited explanation that was there, just because
you can't understand it, violates the first point of the
Hippocratic Oath: "First, do no harm." I would say the patch is
unacceptable until that part of the comments is at least
restored, if not improved.

A few good, and diverse, examples should be included in lynx.cfg.
A full list and long explanation are not.

A library of scripts that work at the lynx/other-program
interface is a good thing for Lynx to maintain and disseminate
because there is no more reason for kermit, sz, html2ps. etc to
document their lynx interface than for lynx to document its
interface to them. On the other hand, not all this richness of
examples needs to go in the lynx.cfg file or maybe even in
the distribution.

What about a scripts database at Lynx Links where we could put in
the appropriate variations on scripts for different shells etc?
Pattern of references: lynx.cfg cites User's Guide, User's Guide
hyperlinks to Lynx Links in a "for more information" reference.

Fix what is broken in this much before you break anything else,
please.
