The one place where I know it does, but that it would be a bother to do
anything about it right now, is in the bookmark code. The default code
opens an ordered list but because lynx always appends new links to the
end of the file, the ordered list doesn't close.
Also, lynx doesn't encode arguments to cgi script URLs when it writes
them out.
I've not looked at the HTML generated for ftp links, etc. lately to see
what the code looks like there - nor have I looked at generated code for
various language encodings to see what happens to pages for those.
