lynx-dev [2.8.1dev.22] bug-report: ^G to mailto download will download PREV_DOC

Bug:
Type 'd' on a 'mailto:' link. Lynx will start up 'you are sending a
comment to' page. Type ^G here. Mail will be cancelled succesfully but
not download. Download will continue and will fetch the page that the
mailto was in and go into 'Download Options Page'.

It doesn't finish; if you want to go back to PREV_DOC you don't have a
chance at all. The only way to go back is to use Visited pages.

I checked this on 2.8pre.5, it does it as well.
