lynx-dev long line wrapping: bug introduced in dev21

That's wonderful on display
but if you print source to a file you got broken HTML.

For testing purpose try to enter form-based options menu,
reload it with '\' and print to a file.
Long lines not only wrapped out but also last/first char became
duplicated by unknown reason.
Printed source should not be wrapped I think.
