Great start!

Some other things for us to consider going into lynxrc's comments or where
ever - a list or pointer to where the valid language values in the
preferred_language argument.  Same for preferred_charset.   It looks to me
that the code which reads the lynxrc just copies anything the user types in
here - if they type something wrong, could this cause something bad to occur?
