You may consult IANA at
          ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/character-sets
ISO-8859-x signed as "preferred MIME names"
and Lynx recognize them in MIME headers but not recognize "8859-x" !

My idea was to include correct MIME name into the name string,
to reduce the chaos in people's head. It also conforms to Netscape 4.x
(Netscape 3.x have several "intuitive" names that are different from MIME in
a few letters, so your posting assumed on it's basis).

I think we may suppose DOS people can find their codepage known as cpXXX,
especially when they see the same language string as windows/ISO.
(I probably add a note on cpXXX for help/doc files).
The special case is americans who use only 7-bit characters in their life and
may be not aware of real codepage available on theirs display/console (cp437),
so I include a more expanded name like it was in lynx 2.7.1 and before.

This note come from Chinese people, I think we may live with it.
And Microsoft refer it as "Traditional Chinese".

Probably right :-)
But Chech people thinks they are in the centre of Europe.

No problem with space,
but you may need to type this string in lynx.cfg manually without a typo.
(.lynxrc save its value automatically).
