I posted something about how this could be done, but I didn't receive any
feedback from anyone else on whether or not we want to do this. It's a
quick patch if we don't make it an option, and take "accept ALL cookies"
literally.

I don't believe anything needs to be done after hitting ^K to save the
cookies.

I'm not sure if that is debugging info that was left in, or exactly what.
