Not sure if your question meant you wanted help or not.  If unnecessary,
my apologies.  As outlined in INSTALLATION, put the file LYMessages_ru.h
in the top directory, "lynx2-8-1", and change the include in userdefs.h
from ``#include "LYMessages_en.h"'' to ``#include "LYMessages_ru.h"''.
