Lynx uses different indentation at the left to distinguish the various
Hx heading levels.

Arguably Lynx should ignore alignment directives (CENTER etc.) for
headings, because with these there is no way to distinguish H2..H6 or a
short piece of normal text from each other, obliterating the structure
of the document.
