lynx-dev cookie?

Hi,

I am using lynx 2.5FM for FreeBSD 2.1.5. I need to download some files in
the URL: 

http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/index.htm

However, whenever I use lynx to access the site, it always gives me a
failure telling me the browser I am using cannot accept cookies. Is there
any way I can resolve this using lynx?
