lynx-dev speech synthesizer problem

Hello,

In Dos, I use Lynx 2.8, but speech synthesizer has some problems.
Before connect ISP, speech synthesizer tells all of the monitor.
But when I connect to my ISP with pppd, and run Lynx, speech synthesizer
tells only linked area. 
I want to listen all the of the contact sites by speech synthesizer, 
but don't know how to handle the options of lynx.cfg or others.
I use Doubletalk LT(external) and VE 30. 
Please let me know about it.
