I looked in my trace file and there is a newline there.
Is that illegal?
I don't know anyting about the headers exchanged with http.

If you want to make sure the newline is there you could probably
run lynx on tvgen.com and see if you can reproduce the error.
I also renew my earlier request that someone try running netscape
and/or msie on this site.
