I think we should add -DEXP_PERSISTENT_COOKIES to all three DOS makefiles
since this very useful for anyone who run into the host requiring cookies.
Hrom the other hand, there is no conflict of multiple lynxen on DOS possible -
just a single session. Also let remove redundant dependencies
on userdefs.h in WWW/Library/DJGPP/commonmakefile
but add dependencies on chrtrans/*.h for UCDomap.c in src/makefile.*
