lynx-dev -nostatus (broken)

I just try the -nostatus command line switch,
it does the strange things (at least in an Advanced mode):
sometimes no statusline (OK),
sometimes it freeze the URL or an old message for a while,
it may depends on scrolling or so. Try to navigate across
lynx help, its main page and follow a couple of links.

Seems one class of sataus messages know abot -nostatus key
while the others no care...
