lynx-dev strange index display error

lynx-dev strange index display error |

When I visit <http://www.it.kth.se/docs/rfc/rfcs/> and then
move my mouse down the page of RFCs, I notice the URL reported by
lynx's expert mode is displayed incorrectly.
Background: SPARC Solaris 2.5.1 Sun Compiler

This is _similar_ to the problems I am seeing when moving the cursor in
the goto URL text entry field...
