I myself didn't find the original page a problem.  However, I _understand_
why someone else might.  Considering the length of the other lynx help
pages, I don't see any reason why we should have more constraints on the
first page than the others.

Other than it seems like there's a lot of white space on the page, I see
no reason not to use the new page.
